  • How do I get help?

    A: Registered users can create an account on our support portal which is the only official support channel. Our support portal hosts faqs, how-to's and video walkthroughs on how to use the iviewVR platform.

  • Q: Is this free?

    A: It is free to register for an account and edit the included demo virtual tour. We offer premium paid accounts which allows access to all platform features.

  • Q: Will my files be removed?

    A: Premium paid accounts files are never removed unless they breach our Terms of Service.

  • Q: How many files can I upload?

    A: You can upload as many files as you want, as long as each one adheres to the Terms of Service and the maximum file upload size.

  • Q: Which files types am I allowed to upload?

    A: You may upload the following types of files: JPG and PNG

  • Q: Are there any restrictions to the size of my uploaded files?

    A: There is maximum file size upload limit but we would recommend that virtual tour images are approximately 5MB in size.
